bullet VandalSetup
The VandalSetup guide provides instructions for establishing the following online accounts. You will need your student ID number to begin.

bullet VandalWeb
VandalWeb is the university's main source of personal information forstudents. It is a secure site, and provides access to your:

  • UI payment records, including WebCheck instructions;
  • Personal contact information, such as mailing and e-mail addresses;
  • Student records, including course registrations and degree audits;
  • Final grades and transcripts (official transcripts must be ordered through the registrar's office).

Note: EO uses online forms for registration, course status changes and withdrawals. DO NOT USE VANDALWEB for these functions; instead, access the EO Online Forms System.

Contact EO to order an unofficial grade letter for your employer.

bullet Blackboard
Not all EO courses require the use of Blackboard (UI's course management system), but all new students are required to set up a password for a Blackboard account for possible future use.

bullet VandalMail Live
The University of Idaho requires all students to activate and use VandalMail Live for all official UI correspondence. Your VandalMail address is provided on the VandalSetup page.

If you need assistance setting up any of these accounts, contact the ITS HelpDesk.

bullet Fee Payment Options
EO accepts checks, money orders, MC, Visa, Discover, financial aid, TMS arrangements, and tuition vouchers. Credit card payments made through registration forms on the EO Online Forms System are not assessed an additional fee. You may also pay with WebCheck on VandalWeb. Any credit card payment made directly on VandalWeb will be assessed an additional 2.5% processing fee.

  • Fee payment deadline: Fees are due by the first day of classes on campus. Additional late fees will accrue until you either pay the balance due in full or drop the course. You will not be dropped if you do not pay by the firstday of classes and will be responsible for non-refundable fees. See the EO Calendar & Deadlines Web page for fee deadlines.

bullet Course Status Changes

  • There are specific deadlines for requests to change your course status, to ask for a grade of incomplete, or to withdraw. See the EO Calendar & Deadlines Web page for all course change deadlines and the EO refund schedule.
  • Submit requests for a course change or withdrawal on the EO Online Forms System.
  • Incompletes are granted only at the discretion ofthe instructor and only if you meet the UI guidelines in Part 3, regulation F, of the UI General Catalog. If you wish to request a grade of incomplete, contact your instructor by e-mail.
